                                              JJS 2A Tabletop Capsule Counter
1. Check, should be no other medicine particles or sundries in the entire tray.
2. Pour the medicine pellets into the tray, not too full.
3. Put the blanking tube into a plastic bag.
4. Adjust the height of the lifting plate.
5. Turn on the power switch and check whether the sensitivity display is normal

(refer to troubleshooting for sensitivity adjustment).
6. Set the quantity, such as inventory, please set it at more than 1000 grains.
7. Return the number to zero.

8. Turn on the vibration switch, adjust the vibration, pay attention to whether the medicine pellets on the entire tray are
arranged one by one, and do not overlap.
9. When one side of the medicine is finished counting, it will automatically count the other side.
10. During the operation, please pay attention to whether the sensitivity indicator light flashes normally, and take random
inspections at any time. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.
11. During operation, pour the medicine pellets into the tray too much at a time, so as to avoid overlapping of the entire

track and inaccurate counting.
